In particular, we recognize that the information collected under Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) is crucial and sensitive, and we are committed to protecting its confidentiality.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect the security of personal information. We employ https protocols and ensure the data is encrypted during transmission. The security of your information also depends on you: you are responsible for using unique, strong usernames and passwords for each of your accounts, and for keeping those usernames and passwords confidential. We take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal information, subject to legal limitations. This policy adheres to the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya and the Islamic principle of Amanah (trust). Data processing is conducted in a manner consistent with Sharia principles, emphasizing confidentiality, ethical data usage, data minimization, and purpose limitation.
